Dixie Novelty, Inc. is currently owned and operated by the third generation of the Bosse family. Doug Bosse has been a full-time employee of the company since 1986. He is a graduate of Covington Catholic High School and currently resides in Taylor Mill, KY with his family; wife Shelly and daughter Abigail. Dan Bosse is a 1987 graduate of Covington Catholic High School. He currently resides in Taylor Mill, KY. Derek Bosse is also a graduate of Covington Catholic High School and obtained a B.A. in Business Administration from Thomas More College in 2000. He currently resides in Covington, KY.
